LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AEG, the world leader in live sports and entertainment, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) have launched a partnership ahead of AEG’s inaugural Soccer Champions Tour, a new global soccer marquee which takes place between Friday July 22 and Saturday July 30. The new event will feature five of the world’s most iconic soccer clubs competing in top-flight matches over the space of just nine days in four major US host cities including: Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas and Los Angeles. Participating clubs include current La Liga and UEFA Champions League winners Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, La Liga powerhouses Juventus of Serie A, and Club América and Club Deportivo Guadalajara of League MX. The tour marks the game’s first return to the United States for Barcelona and Real Madrid since 2019 and for Juventus since 2018.
As part of the agreement negotiated by AEG Global Partnerships, the LVCVA becomes the exclusive destination partner for the two Las Vegas matches of the tour, which will take place on July 22 and 23 at Allegiant Stadium and will mark the official start of the tour. . On Friday July 22, Juventus will face Club Deportivo Guadalajara and on Saturday July 23, Real Madrid CF will face FC Barcelona.
