Here’s your Chelsea morning recap on Sunday, April 10.

Blues eye £137m injected in summer

Chelsea are said to be selling three members of Thomas Tuchel’s current squad ahead of the summer transfer window. According to The Telegraph, the Blues are open to sales of Timo Werner, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Ross Barkey in the summer window, with the trio having fallen out of favor under Tuchel.

Coming in at £137million between them, one would have hoped their respective sales could have given the Blues a considerable boost as they look to enter the market.

However, there appears to be a problem as the club aim to generate funds and that is that the current takeover situation puts all dealings – inbound and outbound – in considerable doubt.

PSG contact Lukaku representatives over transfer

While the aforementioned trio could potentially be on the verge of leaving the club, another candidate for a summer exit could well be Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian has failed to reach the heights expected of him since sealing a club-record move from Inter Milan.

It is suggested by the French outlet Mais! that French giants Paris Saint-Germain are interested in a move for the striker and have even gone so far as to contact his representatives regarding a potential switch.

Chelsea make Conor Gallagher decision

One man who certainly hopes to be at Chelsea next season is Conor Gallagher who has impressed for Crystal Palace so far this season. The on-loan midfielder played a key role in the Eagles’ run to the FA Cup semi-finals but it seems unlikely that he will appear at Wembley Stadium against his parent club.

According to Goal, the Blues have made the decision not to allow Gallagher to play in the clash under the terms of his original loan deal. Talks have apparently taken place between the two clubs over the matter, but Palace don’t appear to have achieved the outcome they were looking for.
