FC Barcelona Legends meet with the Israeli Society for Children with Autism



The legends of FC Barcelona football club, while in Israel, met with the Israel Society for Autistic Children on Monday morning. Rivaldo, Javier Saviola and other former Catalan club players had an exciting day of sporting activities with Israeli children on the autism spectrum, where they practiced soccer skills like passing, dribbling and practicing shooting the ball into the net. The kids arrived at the stadium filled with excitement and eagerly sat down until the players arrived on the pitch. The players signed soccer balls for the kids and posed for a joint photo. FC Barcelona legends arrived in Israel for the week to play a friendly against rival club legends Real Madrid in a special “El Clasico”. The club also arrived to travel to Israel for the global opening of Barca The Exhibition, which opened in Holon and takes the viewer on a journey through the history of the club since its founding in 1899. The group was also welcomed by the Ministry of Tourism for a special city tour of Caesarea on Monday.
