Hello Man Utd fans

Mauricio Pochettino is set to reject a move to Manchester United and stay at PSG, according to reports.

Man Utd considered him a potential replacement for Ralf Rangnick when he steps down as manager at the end of the season.

However, L’Equipe reported that he was ready to stay in Paris, but only under certain conditions.

Pochettino wants the club to be in the best position to continue and win the Champions League in the future.

And for that to happen, he wants to have more influence on certain decisions regarding the club’s strategy.

In other bad news, Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United.

The midfielder, 29, is set to leave Old Trafford for free at the end of this season when his contract expires.

He was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona in October last year but they were unable to meet his high salary demands at the time.

However, last week the club landed a huge sponsorship deal with Spotify worth around £237m.

The deal means their famous home will be renamed Spotify Camp Nou.

It also revives the fortunes of the Spanish giants – which nearly went bankrupt last year due to overspending.

In other transfer news, Manchester United are considering a move for Yassine Bounou from Sevilla this summer as they plan a shake-up in their goalkeeping ranks.

David de Gea has just 18 months left on his current deal, putting the potential for a summer exit in play, despite being one of United’s best performers this season.

Dean Henderson is under contract until 2025 but is likely to push to leave Old Trafford after being frustrated with a complete lack of Premier League opportunities this season.

The Mirror report that Bounou has appeared on their radar for a summer move, sending scouts to watch the Morocco international and believing they can land him for around £25m.
