The Ladies European Tour‘s Aramco Team Series presented by PIF will bring a host of Spanish stars back to the Costa Del Sol this summer when the last of its five $1million tournaments return to Sotogrande in August.

After three exciting days at the Aramco Team Series – London, the series now focuses on the south coast of Spain, where a course packed with world golfing superstars will battle it out for the second consecutive year around the sensational La Club Réserve. , Sotogrande.

While the big international names remain under wraps for now, the Aramco Team Series can today announce some of the hugely popular Spanish stars set to compete both as teams and as solo players as they are vying for a share of $1 million. , August 18-20e.

They will be led by five-time Solheim Cup stalwart and top-ranked Spanish golfer, Carlota Cicadawho will aim to put in a strong home performance on a golf course just 20km from Finca Cortesin, host venue of the Solheim Cup 2023.

Spain’s LET favorites set to play alongside eight-time Tour champion Nuria Iturrioz (Majorca), Maria Hernández (Pamplona), Carmen Alonso (Valladolid), Paz Marfa Sans (Barcelona), Elena Huald (Pamplona), Elia Folch (Barcelona), Harang Lee (Bilbao), Luna Sobron Galmes (Majorca), Marta Martin (Madrid) and Marta Perez (Valence).

And joining them will be a star and a local hero Ana Peláez Trivino from Malaga, champion of the 2022 Madrid Women’s Open, who turned professional only a year ago at the first Aramco Team Series – Sotogrande.

The Aramco Team Series – Sotogrande will be the third of five $1 million Aramco Team Series tournaments on the LET schedule this season, following the Bangkok opener in May and the June event in London. Sotogrande will be followed by Aramco Team Series events in New York and Jeddah, all of which take place in a unique format in which three LET professionals play as a team with one amateur player.
