To the creditors and assigns of the above-named debtor:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Modzel’s Dairy Farm, LLC, the debtor hereto, has filed a petition for sale of free and stripped real estate, for the following properties:
One and a half acres of vacant land located at
Cooper Township, Clearfield County, PA, described as
Package No. 4 in the deed registered at the Inst. No. 200322667
at Clearfield Recorder’s Office
County, Pennsylvania, and bearing the tax index number.

The gross sale price is $18,500.00 subject to higher valid offers received at the motion hearing on July 6, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. A deposit of $100.00 has been or will be paid by the buyer and will be required of any potential bidder. . The balance of $18,400.00 must be paid within thirty (30) days.
