war paint announced their first album in six years, shine like thisfollowing on from 2016 Heads up and is released on May 6 via Virgin, after three consecutive albums on Rough Trade (pre-order). The first single is “Champion”, a laid-back, atmospheric rock song that finds Warpaint’s signature sound in top form. The band say the song is about “being a champion for yourself and others” and they add, “We’re all in this together, life is too short not to strive for excellence in everything we do. do.” Listen and watch the visualizer below.
