West Ham United are said to have an advantage over Barcelona in the race to sign Leeds ace Raphinha this summer.
This is according to the Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo who claims that the Hammers are better placed than Barca to offer the 25-year-old guaranteed regular first-team football.

It’s not surprising is it.
David Moyes has one of the smallest squads in world football at his disposal at the London Stadium. And it should get even smaller in the summer.
Your club’s SURPRISE star this season
Meanwhile, Barcelona have a plethora of talented players, especially in the attacking department.
Raphinha may be more attracted to a move to Barcelona from Leeds, but sitting on the bench all the time at Camp Nou won’t be an attractive prospect at all. And that’s where West Ham have a huge advantage according to a report in Spain…
West Ham lead Barcelona in pursuit of Raphinha
Mundo Deportivo believe the Hammers are close to beating Barcelona to sign the 25-year-old Leeds star.
If West Ham were able to get the Brazilian off Elland Road then what an incredible signing he would be.
Raphinha has been described as “unplayable” by Adam Pope, BBC football journalist.
The 25-year-old has scored 16 goals and 12 assists in 63 games for Los Blancos and this season he has registered 10 goals and three assists to his name in 31 Premier League appearances (transfer market).
The Leeds ace boasts incredible technical ability, impressive pace and absolute left-footed batting.
If Los Blancos want £60m for the Brazilian (Give me sports), then West Ham should just pay him. Raphinha would be worth more than that kind of fee over the next four or five years.
And if West Ham manage to beat Barcelona to the signing of the 25-year-old Leeds star in the summer transfer window, we would be absolutely delighted.
